Q. Why do my pores get larger with age, and how do I stop it from happening?

A. Okay, lovelies, this is one of time’s cruel little jokes that it plays on us girlies. Our pores do become larger, but don’t fret (seriously, you don’t want to add worry lines next to those pores, do you?), I’ve got a couple of expert tips for you.

For a quick, immediate fix, you can reduce the appearance of those pesky pores during your morning beauty routine. Use a primer on your skin after you apply moisturizer (oh so important), and before you put on your foundation…….and you’ll barely notice those pores at all.

To actually help minimize your pores over time, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Research shows that drinking a gallon of water a day will help shrink your pores, plus your skin will look hydrated and beautifully dewy. How often do you find a way to help yourself look more beautiful that’s absolutely free? Give it a try; you have nothing to lose!

p.s. Plus…..drinking that much water can also keep you feel more full so you might just take off an inch or two!!
