A: You’re going to love this. There are natural skin softeners right in your kitchen. Open up your fridge and grab the milk, and then grab the honey from the cabinet and head for a soak in the tub. The lactic acid in milk is great for your skin and honey, a natural humectant and antibacterial, will help trap moisture in your skin.
- Add 5 or 6 cups of milk and one cup of honey into a warm bath.
- Mix it in the water well.
- Soak in the tub for about a half hour to capture all the antibacterial and moisturizing benefits. (Glass of wine and trashy novel optional!)
