Try adding flavorful fish such as herring, mackerel, salmon, anchovies or tuna to your diet once or twice a week and the beneficial omega-3’s will help keep moisture in your skin. This is particularly important now when the weather is getting chilly and skin tends to show its displeasure by getting dry.
