Pure Love Grows!

February 14, 2012

I am not ashamed to admit, I LOVE Valentine’s Day! As a matter of fact, I love everything that has to do with love. That’s why I named my cosmetic brand Jing Ai

Jing Ai means “pure love” in Mandarin Chinese. If there’s ever a time for pure love, it’s Valentine’s Day, right?  Why not treat yourself to a little pure love this Valentine’s Day? You may get flowers from someone you love, but that doesn’t mean you can’t also buy a little something for yourself. Did you know with Jing Ai cosmetics, you can drench your face in a bouquet of organic wild rose petals from Brazil and champagne grapes from Napa Valley? Jing Ai’s products contain both; they’re the perfect pleasure to treat yourself with this Valentine’s Day.Every product in the Jing Ai line is named after a different rose from around the world. I could think of no other way to honor my grandmother Rose who died of breast cancer than to surround myself with roses every single day in this creative way. When others see the names of my products like Eyepaint or Masquerade, they most likely see fun, funky names for cosmetics. But me, I see my grandmother’s name because both of those are the names of rose varieties.

I wanted to share this with you on Valentine’s Day because my cosmetics line really is all about pure love. My hip shades of healthy, gluten-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free makeup honor the love my grandmother gave me while helping you love the way your face looks and feels.

And if you need just one more reason to love Jing Ai, get this. When you buy my bronzer, it comes with wildflower seed paper. Plant the seed paper in a sunny spot, give it some TLC, and you’ll grow yourself a beautiful bouquet of wildflowers. What more could a girl ask for?

Happy Valentine’s Day! Remember, pure love grows! XOXOXO
